The French speak quickly, they mumble a lot, they don’t say all the words, they use a lot of slang and idioms in their vocabulary.
All of this is true. It’s true for French, but it’s also true for English. In English, we talk fast, too, they say things like, “I wanna hold your hand” instead of “I want to hold your hand,” or “It’s no picnic” instead of “It is not an easy thing to do”. I myself have struggled to understand everything when I was learning English. I think it’s true for all languages.
So how can you successfully overcome this? How to study when you’re not immersed in the country, how to get to understand everyday French?
This course is going to give you tips on how to study French.
