- News In French
- RFI is a great link if you already speak French well, but would like to work on the nitty-gritty. You can listen to a short summary of national news and read the transcription at the same time.

WATCH TV
- TV5 French and Francophone TV with all kinds of shows. Ask your local TV company if they offer TV5. Their Web site is good, but doesn’t work well in my area.
- French news - Some videos work, some not. Sometimes, you have to watch 1 minute of ads, but that can be fun for learning French 🙂
- French weather forecast
- Télématin - French morning magazine with lots of short recurrent topics.

DICTIONARIES
- The best bilingual French/other language I could find is word reference/dictionary
- The French dictionary I like best is le Larousse
- Explanations and origins of expressions. Fantastic. All in French.
CONJUGATE

- Conjuguemos is a fun site for checking your conjugations

- Lots of games online about the French language. This is my account for FrenchETC, where I used to create quizzes before French HOUR. You can also use Quizlet to create your own account and study your own tailored lists.

Enjoy French culture with Rick Steves podcasts in iTunes. Look for ‘Travel with Rick Steves’ in your iTunes Store and subscribe for free. (Not all of his shows are about France, though.)

I really enjoy the News In French website. It is a free and easy way to read some news and to learn vocabulary. Each day has a bit of history, a new song and a couple of short articles. It is fun!

TV5 Monde (tv5monde.com) compare bien avec RFI.
Quelquefois les pages sont un peu
difficile à naviguer. La raison, je crois c’est
qu’ils ont deux chaînes, une européenne, l’autre
mondiale, où les structures varie l’une à l’autre.
Néanmois, mon exercice préféré sur TV5 est:

Une collection de dictées pleinement interactives
par rapport à niveau et sujet.
La dictée du moment 1 mars 2021 est:
“Ludwig van Beethoven, musicien à la sourde oreille”
Et ce qu’est trés pratique: on peut choisir et changer
le niveau (A1, A2, B1, etc.) pour aller bien avec
sa compétence

Les Comédiens Français, en relais soir après soir, pour ce période
de Covid-19, lisent Proust « Côté de Guermantes » sur Youtube.
En ce moment, il y a 63 épisodes de 55 à 60 minutes chacun.
