I want to pass along something that I just discovered in my hunt for audio resources.
It is possible to go to the Youtube site and, using their search function, do a search for “french subtitles” (or english, or whatever). It will show you all videos which have that characteristic.
Doing so, I found that, among other things, many TED talks are available, in French, with the option of no subtitles, English subtitles, or French subtitles. (I think, but am not sure, that transcripts are available as well.)

The Settings/Subtitles allows selection of subtitles for the video, as well as other options.HTH.
