    Hi -

This is a headline from Slate.FR:
Il faut encore plus de candidats à la présidentielle

    (Original HERE)

I gather that it translates as It is necessary to again have more presidential candidate…. but - is that translation reasonable? Because the lack of an infinitive verb after that Il Faut is freaking me out….

    Thanks.

I’d translate “Il faut encore plus de candidats à la présidentielle” as something like “We need even more presidential candidates”.
