How is FrenchHour organized?
FrenchHour is organized by courses loaded with lessons. There are hundreds of lessons at FrenchHour. Lessons are all part of a course: vocabulary or grammar courses, practice French courses, video courses, theme courses and so on. Each course has multiple lessons. You’ll find the lessons in each course description page. It’s an easy process - scroll down - and you can start learning French with hundreds of lessons right away. All the lessons are printable - cut-and-paste directly from the site or PDF documents - to make paper-and-pencil learning easier if you like that better.
How do I get the premium lessons?
You need to be premium member (free trial) to access premium lessons.
Then, don’t forget to be signed in / logged in. That should do the trick. You know you’re signed in when you see: Bonjour YourName in the upper-right side of the menu bar.
Issue with payment or getting to the premium material?
If you’re logged in, French Hour will greet you with ‘Bonjour YourName’ in the menu bar. If, although logged in, you’re not getting to the premium lessons, it might be because of one of these reasons:
- Your browser is not cooperating for some reason. Refresh your browser once or twice. Click on the circular arrow-shaped icon at the top of the browser window, typically found in the upper-left side.
- The most popular web browsers that are used today are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and the Opera browser. If it’s not loading the right page, please switch the browser you’re using with French Hour. That may just do the trick.
- Your premium membership had ended. If that’s the case, please modify your membership. You can check your status and manage your subscription here.
- Your computer cache isn’t loading the current page. If that happens, please clear your computer cache or refresh the browser. See how in one of these articles.
Clearing the cache and cookies, and refreshing the browser are ways to prevent crashes and to load current pages. If you want a smooth navigation on any site (not just French Hour), you should try clearing your cache, and/or refresh your browser. That will tell your computer or tablet to quickly get the newest copy available from that website.
Why is a lesson link getting me to a course description or to the pricing page ?
You clicked on a link and it’s not getting you there? Most likely, that’s because the link you’re clicking on is for a premium lesson and you’re either not signed up or logged in and/or you’re not a premium member yet.
Once you are both a premium member and logged in, the whole site, all the premium lessons links will be accessible to you.
What can I print on paper and how ?
You can print everything your status lets you have access to. If you’re a visitor of a free member, you can print all of the free-access material. As a premium member, you can print every single lesson on the site.
The site is build so that you can perform the same old ‘cut-and-paste’ process you’re used to doing on a word document. It’s quick and simple.
How can I reset my password?
- You can reset your password here if you’re logged in.
- You can reset your password here if you’re NOT logged in.
What about payments?
Remember that every membership offers you to access all the courses and lessons for free during the trial period. So, you can try our material at no risk. After your trial period, your automatic payments begin. You can cancel your membership anytime.
We accept secure credit card payments. We do not store your credit card details, and all payments are processed securely with a highly protected network. You can cancel your memberships and your payments anytime, and I can always help you with that as well. You can view and manage your membership on the dashboard in your “My Account” page.
We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal. Your credit card should work regardless of your local currency and location. To estimate the price in your local currency, you may use this currency converter.

How do I leave a comment?

Effacer la mémoire-cache ou rafraîchir le navigateur, c’est quoi ?
Pour faciliter votre navigation sur un site, il est souvent utile de vider la mémoire-cache et les cookies, ou d’actualiser le navigateur. Laisser un commentaire est vraiment facile. Vous pouvez commenter en bas de n’importe quelle fiche lorsque vous êtes connecté/e. Vous pouvez avoir plus de renseignements ici, si vous avez besoin de détails.
J’ai une adhésion, comment puis-je accéder aux cours et aux leçons ?
Nous sommes super contents que vous ayez adhéré à FRENCH HOUR ! Vous pouvez vous désabonner à tout moment. Le site est organisé en cours auxquels il vous faut vous inscrire. Chaque cours a plusieurs leçons. C’est facile à faire et vous pouvez apprendre le français tout de suite. Si vous voulez voir tous les cours que vous suivez, ils sont listés dans votre tableau de bord « Mon compte » tant que vous êtes abonné/e à French Hour !
Mot de Passe
- Vous pouvez réinitialiser votre mot de passe ici si vous êtes connecté/e.

Paiement
